First, 99 Red Balloons. The original by Nena, which is an AAC protected file, hence the pink speaker. The other purports to be Bjork with the Sugarcubes. I don't think so, somehow. And I don't know how it ended up in my library either.
Reasons to Be Cheerful, the Late and Great Ian Dury. Love this song. So you can imagine how pleased I was to discover Faithless did a version of it on their Forever Faithless album.
Spoken word. Bestest radio show on the Beeb. Ever. These may not actually be two of the best tracks, but they are the only ones with numbers in and - hey - I just thought I would share.
Eminen, 97 Bonnie and Clyde. I still think this is the ultimate Stalker Song. Now, that would make a good mp3eme!
Zager & Evans - I had this on vinyl back when it was released. The B side was crap, or so I remember, but this. I think I wore the vinyl out. And when I heard it again, after 35 years, I remember every single word as though I were 12 again. Ah, memory!

I have loved this song since I first heard it, but have never seen the video. And this is bizarre. But the tune, the tune is wonderful!

As promised, from the (fairly) recent concert. The CDs arrived about a month ago, but my computer couldn't read them. It took me two weeks to get Husband to burn a copy, which I could read. Grrrrr. Computers are crap, sometimes!
The concert was good, though the Brixton venue is better - more intimate. This gig was good, even allowing for the people who went to drink and chat!

It has finally arrived - the new Faithless album. I think this is going to be a winner - even bigger than their Greatest Hits (which went triple platinum, selling over a million in the UK and god knows how many world-wide) .
