I saw a clock once, with Now all over the face. Wherever the hands pointed, the Time was Now.  I nearly bought it, just to send to Moloko (well, Roisin, who I have a bit of a crush on) but didn't bother.  Shame.  I would really like it myself!

The obvious goody.

When I was much, much younger (and this song was still fairly new!) LittleDavid and I were coming home from a late night party.  And I mean late. It must have been about 5, 5.30 a.m. 

We had a Volkswagen Combi at the time.  With a quadraphonic 8-track (anyone out there in Vox land remember them!) with 6 speakers, cranked up high.

And just as we drove past a bus stop full of early morning, going to work, yawners, the alarms went off.

I suspect some of them were traumatised for life.






Feel good time.  The best time there is.


And these people, the lotus eaters, they know all about feel good time.

I wonder how many of these places are in song.  Now that would be interesting. I know I have Manchester, Rotterdam, London and (probably) Kentish Town!
